MGT 537 Nonprofit Management

Nonprofit Management is a graduate level introduction to field of nonprofit management. Topics addressed include managing the nonprofit and nonprofit leadership; the structure of the nonprofit enterprise; nonprofit lobbying and advocacy; nonprofit fundraising; and nonprofit financial management. The course takes both a theoretical and a practical, application oriented overview of the field. (3)
