MGT537 Nonprofit Management

A graduate-level introduction to the field of nonprofit management. Topics addressed include managing the nonprofit and nonprofit leadership; the structure of the nonprofit enterprise; nonprofit lobbying and advocacy; nonprofit fundraising; and nonprofit financial management.
