MENG 102 Intermediate Engineering Design - Mechanical Applications

Students will be introduced to a variety of mechanical engineering considerations.  An emphasis will be placed on understanding how engineering informs design processes and the technical and theoretical basis of these processes.  A variety of group design projects involving application of conceptual material into practical problem solving will be completed through the span of the semester culminating in a small-scale freshman capstone project. Prerequisites: ENGR 101 and PHYS 271.
