The Student Academic Hub
The Academic Hub offers a comprehensive academic support system for graduate students, which includes:
- Academic Coaching — exploring with students effective ways to study, learn, and develop good habits;
- Global Education Office (GEO) — offering students a variety of study, intern and experiential derived academic abroad programming to cultivate the skills, knowledge, and attitudes needed to be culturally sensitive citizens.
- International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) — providing a central resource and advising services for F-1 and J-1 students regarding immigration regulations, support during adjustment to campus and the U.S., and culturally relevant events.
- Peer-led Tutoring — supporting students as they navigate academic writing; and
- Student Access Services (SAS) — Partnering with students having self-disclosed disabilities in the review, determination, and coordination of reasonable accommodations and associated student, faculty, and staff supports.
