POL 390 China - Latin America Relations
This course offers an in-depth analysis of the evolving relations between China and Latin American countries. It covers historical perspectives, strategic interactions, and the dynamics of dependency, as well as the implications of these relationships for US-China relations. Dimensions of China-Latam relations covered include diplomatic, economic, military, and cultural ties. The course aims to provide students with a nuanced understanding of the complexities and strategic interests at play in this critical aspect of international relations.
