Exceptions to Readmission

Marymount University is not required to readmit a student under this policy if:

• The academic program is no longer offered by the university.
• The student received a dishonorable or bad conduct discharge, or was otherwise not honorably released from military service.
• The student fails to submit a timely notice of intent to return.
• There are extraordinary circumstances that make reinstatement impossible or unreasonable, in which case the university will document and communicate the rationale.
