HPR 536 Stress Management
Designed to help individuals better identify, understand, and manage their own stressors and stress response. In addition, students begin to act in a health professional role by assessing and planning to assist others who are experiencing excessive stress by exploring numerous stress management techniques and designing a community stress management plan. Minimum Grade Requirement: A grade of B- or better is needed to pass core courses. No course may be repeated more than once. Students who receive a grade below B- in three or more graduate courses are dismissed, even if courses were repeated for a higher grade. Students are required to maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher. (3)
