Leadership Studies (Minor)
Many employers list leadership skills and experience as one of the most desirable traits in recent college graduates. This interdisciplinary minor draws from diverse experiences, majors and programs, and uses a socially responsible framework that builds on the foundation of the RSHM and includes an opportunity to examine personal and professional identity through a leadership lens. Participation in this minor will help prepare students to be competitive and agile in a dynamic and diverse workforce.
Minimum Grade Requirements: A cumulative GPA of 2.0 or better is required for courses in the minor.
Residency Requirement: Students must complete at least 12 credits of the minor requirements at Marymount.
